My Transformation
Over the past few years, I went from burned out and stuck in cycles of quick fixes to strong and confident. It didn’t happen overnight. I committed to real structure and stayed consistent. The physical results are just part of it. What matters more is the confidence I’ve built by showing up for myself and not giving up.

Hi, I’m Carlee, and I’m here to help you become the best version of yourself.
For years, I struggled with yo-yo dieting, binge eating, and chasing quick fixes. I was stuck in a job I hated, under management that made me miserable, in a toxic relationship, and watching my mom fight stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. I hit rock bottom and knew I had to make a change.
I went back to my roots as an athlete, quit my job, left the relationship, and reset my entire life. That was when I realized fitness and nutrition had always been my passion. My mom, a coach and trainer, had taught me the habits and mindset that kept me going. I knew I wanted to help other women find their way back, too.
I lost my mom during my comeback, but her legacy drives everything I do. I launched Top Shelf Fitness in 2021 to honor her and to help more women transform their bodies, minds, and lives.
Since then I have helped women drop body fat, build lean muscle, increase energy, improve flexibility, and feel strong and confident in their skin.
My mission is not just to hand you a plan. It is to connect with you, guide you through the process, and help you discover what you are capable of through a flexible, sustainable approach.
Together we will reset, rise, and reach goals you didn’t think were possible.
